About the event
Family-Friendly Workout and Tree TimeĀ
A special Earth Day event to celebrate our connection with the land by moving our bodies. Rachel will teach parents how to get functional fitness moves in while the kids enjoy free unstructured play in nature. Kids who are willing to be involved in the workout can join and help parents strengthen their bodies even more. We will explore what creating an Earth Gym in our favorite parks could look like.
3/13/24-- Note: The planned event for Forest Friends of King County is at capacity, but we are considering how we might be able to include more families. Please RSVP to this list here if you are interested in any openings for the April 20th event or for a similar event at another time.
